“A blend of Corvina, Trebbiano, Syrah and Carmenere, the name 11 MINUTES refers to the duration of the skin contact. During pressing, the full blend of grapes is very softly pressed for 11 minutes. This a fresh, enveloping rose with an intense and complex bouquet, created to accompany spring or summer evenings and more.” (Tasting notes).
This wine has some intriguing bonus features: its lovely glass closure, allowing it to be easily opened without a corkscrew while remaining air tight; a secret image that is viewed by looking through the center opening; and a special poem “Catullus 85” by the Roman poet Catullus for his lover Lesbia.
