Step into a festive evening of effervescence at Curio Wine School, where we explore the world of sparkling wines in a guided tasting journey. Whether you’re a seasoned oenophile or simply curious about the bubbles in your glass, this class promises to delight your palate and expand your understanding of sparkling wines.
During this interactive session, you’ll taste and learn about five distinct sparkling wines from five different countries, each offering a unique expression of terroir, tradition, and technique:
- Champagne (France)
- Prosecco (Italy)
- Cava (Spain)
- Sekt (Germany)
- Sparkling Shiraz (Australia)
Along the way, you’ll learn about the history, production methods, and cultural significance of each style, gaining insights into what makes sparkling wine so special across the globe.

- Seated wine class in the cool Curio Wine Cellar with Johnny Puckett, Curio & Rogers Ford Farm Winery owner and winemaker (WSET2).

Curio wines classes are designed for everyone, whether you are new to the world of wine or a wine expert. We will explore and discover new aspects of wine together. Classes are held in the Curio Wine Bar’s Wine Cellar, which is accessed down a flight of stairs. Everyone attending need to be 21 and over (this also pertains to infants and children).
