Join us for a guided tasting through Italy’s cheese styles, each thoughtfully paired with an Italian wine that brings out the best in both. We’ll start light and bright with Fontina Valle d’Aosta alongside a crisp Gavi, then move into richer territory with the wine-soaked Ubriaco and juicy Valpolicella Ripasso. Creamy, aromatic Taleggio meets its match in the vibrant acidity of Barbera d’Asti, while the bold Pecorino Grand Cru stands up to the structure of a classic Chianti Classico Riserva. We’ll finish on a sweet note with the decadent Gorgonzola Dolce, lifted by the effervescent charm of Moscato d’Asti.
This flight showcases the depth of Italian tradition in both cheese- and winemaking—balanced, expressive, and incredibly delicious.
