By the end of this class, you’ll be well-equipped to showcase your newfound skills and create unforgettable charcuterie and wine experiences for your family and friends during the upcoming holiday season or any other time you entertain. You will learn:

Charcuterie Mastery: Chef Michelle will lead a hands-on workshop, sharing her culinary secrets on creating the perfect charcuterie board. Learn the art of selecting and arranging a delectable assortment of cured meats, cheeses, artisanal bread, and a variety of accompaniments that will impress your guests during the holiday season.

Wine Tasting: Johnny Puckett will take you on a guided journey through a carefully curated trio of wines. Delve into the nuances of each wine, uncover the art of wine pairing, and gain the confidence to select the ideal wine for your charcuterie creations.
