Celebrating Virginia Wine Month at Curio

October is Virginia Wine Month, and we are celebrating all month long at Curio Wine Bar!

There is a Virginia Wine Takeover of the WineStation Machines, with a dozen new Virginia wines for you to sample, enjoy a glass, or purchase by the bottle. You can experience wine from some of the most established and the newest wineries in Virginia, with different varietals and winemaker styles on display.

Among the wines you can sample are the iconic Octagon from Barboursville Vineyards, Ingleside Winery’s Left Bank, and Barrel Oak’s Barrel Chardonnay, plus many more! Available in October.

There are also delicious new food offerings to pair with your Virginia wines. The Virginia Charcuterie Board, crafted by talented chef Michelle Duggins from Michelle’s Table, highlights our state’s bounty, featuring renowned Edwards ham, local Biscuit Batch mini biscuits, apple-cider mustard and apples from Braehead Farm, Wakefield Peanuts, and more. Available only for a limited time, while supplies last.

To satisfy your sweet tooth, dive into the Fall Treat board, featuring nostalgic childhood favorites: green apple slices with caramel, a playful popcorn ball, pretzel rods hand-dipped into chocolate and rolled with festival sprinkles, and two delectable mini-cupcakes from our neighbors, Cool Cat Cupcakes

Even the snack trio, perfect to satisfy the munchies, has had a seasonal refresh, with a new autumnal snack mix. And of course, you can continue to order the flatbread varieties that have quickly become customer favorites.

Speaking of favorites, the featured Sangria Spritzer of the month is Caramel Apple, one of our top-selling flavors. Did you know that you can get your Sangria to go?

October is the perfect time to visit Curio Wine Bar!
